Opk and bbt don - I looked up this question earlier today, actually. I am having a similar thing; fatigue, o-pains, acne, +opk's, temp low, and I mean what my temp is usually w/o the clomid and progesterone. What I found out was that you can have +opk's and still not ovulate. Anyway, you can have the LH surge and not ovulate if your egg isn't fully ready to let go.
